Cancellations
When you book an appointment with us it means that we reserve time in our schedule exclusively for you. We kindly request that you cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice. If an appointment or a specific service is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the booked services' cost will be charged. This fee must be paid in full before reserving another appointment. To avoid any cancellation fees, please provide notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through our booking app (Vagaro) or by texting or leaving a voice message at 216-365-9995.
Late Arrivals
Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more may result in a reduction of services or rescheduling. In the case of reduced services, the full amount of the originally scheduled services will still be billed. Should rescheduling be necessary, a same-day cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service costs will apply. Furthermore, if tardiness causes our service provider to work after hours by 30 minutes or more, after-hours pricing will be enforced. We make every effort to allocate sufficient time for each service to ensure punctuality for all clients. However, accommodating late guests without disrupting other appointments can be challenging. We kindly request that you plan accordingly to avoid any inconvenience or additional charges.
No-Shows
Failure to provide proper notice for a scheduled appointment will result in a 100% no-show fee that must be paid before reserving another appointment. Multiple instances of missed appointments without contacting the salon will lead to the inability to schedule future appointments.
Standing Appointments
Clients with standing appointments are allocated a specific day and time exclusively for their use on a recurring basis. All policies outlined herein are applicable to clients with standing appointments. Failure to provide advance notice or missing two consecutive standing appointments may result in the forfeiture of the reserved time slot. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests for standing appointments falling on holidays, vacation days, or in the event of provider illness or injury. However, in certain circumstances where availability is limited, rescheduling may not be possible.
Before/After-Hours Appointments
Appointments made outside of our regular working hours require special accommodation and must be arranged directly with your service provider. These appointments are subject to the provider's availability and discretion. If you schedule an appointment on a day when the salon is typically closed or outside of our normal working hours by 30 minutes or more, you will be billed at a rate of 150% of the service cost. For example, a $50 service will cost $75. We will inform you in advance if your appointment falls under these conditions.
Children in the Salon
Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services. Our focus during your appointment is to provide you with the best quality results, and having children present can hinder our ability to do so. Additionally, our salon contains hazardous chemicals and tools that can pose a risk to children. Therefore, we kindly request that you make suitable arrangements for childcare, allowing both you and our other guests to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing experience. Phones in the Salon
Cell phone usage should be minimized during appointments to ensure efficient service and minimize disruptions to other guests. We kindly request that you disconnect, relax, and be present during your services. If you need to take a call, we recommend using headphones to maintain a quiet and peaceful environment for everyone. Sickness/Illness
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, high fever, and/or chills. If you have mild cold symptoms and still wish to proceed with the appointment, please inform your service provider so that they can take necessary precautions, such as wearing a mask, to ensure a safe environment for both parties. However, if we determine that your condition poses a health risk, we reserve the right to decline the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals with contagious nail conditions, open wounds, or any illness that may pose a risk to our service providers or others. We also have a zero tolerance policy for tardiness, improper conduct, verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or discrimination. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class in situations where the behavior or condition of participants may compromise the safety or well-being of others.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to our guests and their satisfaction with our services. If by any chance your expectations were not met by our services, please let us know within 48 hours and we will book a complimentary repair or revision. As we pride ourselves in our work, we would love to have the opportunity to complete your vision.
We offer a 7-day guarantee for all gel nail services. Breaking, chipping, lifting, & peeling are rare but may occur in unique circumstances. If this is the case, please make an appointment to return to our salon for a complimentary repair and allow us to make it right. Regular polish is not guaranteed. We do not offer refunds on services.

We are not responsible or liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.
